The Redhill Academy believes that every student should have high-quality, independent career guidance to encourage them to be aspirational and well-informed when making educational and career decisions. Our Careers Programme includes a wide range of activities to help develop curiosity and confidence in our students, allowing them to work towards a positive and fulfilling career.
OUR CAREERS PROGRAMME
The Redhill Academy believes that students should have access to information and advice about all available pathways.
The Redhill Academy Careers Programme is aligned with The Gatsby Benchmarks and the new CDI Framework which helps us to ensure good practice and meet the Department for Education’s statutory guidance. In addition, teaching staff have access to a wide variety of career resources that help them embed relevant links into the curriculum.
An example of such an initiative includes the ‘My Learning My Future’ resources created by the Careers & Enterprise Company (click here to view).
